Lessons and enrolment

Classes are one-to-one, live online sessions of 40 minutes. Every new student can book a free trial class. A regular slot is confirmed once the first payment is received.

Fees and payment

Fees are charged monthly, in advance, based on how many classes you take each week (once, twice or three times) and your grade level. Current prices, in INR for students in India and USD for international students, are shown in the pricing section of the home page.

Students in India can pay by UPI or bank transfer. International students can pay by bank transfer or another online payment method agreed in advance. Payment details are shared at enrolment. Fees may be revised from time to time, with at least one month's notice.

Cancellations and make-up lessons

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a class. Missed classes can be rescheduled within the same month, or up to 10 days after the month ends. Classes cancelled by Vivek are always rescheduled.

Withdrawal

You can stop lessons at any time. Please let us know before the next month's fee is due, so the slot can be released. Fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable, but any untaken classes can still be rescheduled within the make-up period above.

Conduct and safety

Classes should be a safe, respectful space. For students under 13, a parent or guardian should be at home and reachable during online classes. Classes may be paused where behaviour is disrespectful or unsafe.

Class recordings

Online classes are recorded for the student's own revision and shared privately. Recordings or student performances are used publicly, for example on social media, only with written consent from the student or, for minors, a parent or guardian. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Technical requirements

Students need a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and their own instrument. Time lost to a technical problem on the student's side cannot always be made up, but we will do our best to help.

Teaching material

Lesson notes, practice material and recordings are for the student's personal use only and may not be shared, sold or published without permission. The text, design and tools on this website belong to Vivek Badoni unless stated otherwise.

Website use

Content on this website, including the guides and free tools, is provided for general information and practice. We try to keep it accurate and available but cannot guarantee it is free of errors or always online. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our classes. Our total liability for any claim relating to lessons is limited to the fees paid for the month in which the claim arises.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, and enrolled students will be told about any significant changes.

Governing law
